Other Liturgy Ministries The gifts of many people are needed in any given liturgy. In addition to Musicians, Lectors, and Eucharistic Ministers, these include: Greeters Here at St. Margaret Mary, a family from the hospitality ministry welcomes those arriving for liturgy. They hand out bulletins, a smile and a warm hello on those cold Montana days. They also are responsible for the collection and presentation of the gifts. Greeters are scheduled approximately once every eight weeks. This is a great ministry for families. It allows younger members to experience the importance and joy of ministry, as they share this responsibility with their parents and siblings. Alter Servers This ministry is open to anyone, male or female. Although this ministry is generally associated with children, anyone who has received First Communion may serve. We would like to expand this ministry to adults and families. All new servers receive training and assist at Liturgy every 5-6 weeks. .
